Where we deliver
Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your destination. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Shipping charges
Our current U.S. shipping option is FedEx: $9.90 for eligible orders below $100, and free shipping for eligible orders of $100 or more. Checkout confirms eligibility and displays your shipping charge before you pay.
Processing & delivery
Order processing and carrier transit are separate parts of delivery. Timing depends on the items ordered, the destination and the available service. We do not currently advertise a fixed delivery window. If you need an order by a specific date, please check with ORIA before placing it.
After you order
Tracking your delivery
Check your order emails for shipping updates and tracking details when available. A tracking link may need time to show its first carrier scan.
Your delivery address
Check your street address, apartment or suite number, ZIP code and email address before paying. If you notice an error, contact ORIA promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed, missing or damaged items
Check the carrier’s tracking updates and contact ORIA with your order number if you need help. For damaged or incorrect items, keep the item, packaging and photos, and use our order support form so we can review the issue.
A few common questions
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more. For eligible orders below $100, the current shipping charge is $9.90. Your checkout total shows the applicable charge before payment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. ORIA currently ships only to eligible U.S. destinations. The address entered at checkout determines the available shipping options.
Does the location message guarantee express delivery?
No. A location-based message may estimate your state, but it does not confirm a shipping service or an arrival date. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
What if I need to return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs. Read our Returns & Support page and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
